Willows Residences by Nidhi Land and Ace Developers inaugurated

’Willows Residences’, an exclusive apartment complex promoted and built by Nidhi Land infrastructure Developers India Pvt Ltd and Ace Developers was inaugurated at Neermarga on Sunday, December 28.

Minister of forest, environment and ecology - B Ramanath Rai inaugurated the Willows Residences complex by lighting the lamp in the presence of Fr Joachim Fernandes, the parish priest of St Ann’s church Kelarai who blessed the building and prayed for all.

The foundation laying ceremony of "ACE Heights" was held on 29 September 2014 at the construction site located at Main Road-Bajpe, where a large gathering of well-wishers and invitees graced the occasion. Venkatesh, the compere of the ceremony welcomed the gathering and introduced the land owner Mrs Kathijamma and Family, and the guests of honor. The foundation stone was laid by Remigius Pinto-the father-in-law of Gregory D'Silva, and the prayers and blessings were done by Fr Denis D' Souza from the Bishop's House, Fr Leo Lobo-Parish priest-Bajpe Church, and Fr Eugene D'Silva- Head at CSSR-Alangar. Gregory and his wife, Premi also joined in the foundation stone laying ceremony. The release of the 'Ace Heights' project brochure was done by Fr. Leo Lobo, Fr Eugene and Fr Denis, along with all the dignitaries on the dais.

Foundation Laid for Willows Apartment Complex at Neermarga

Foundation-laying ceremony for Willows, an apartment complex being built with all modern facilities to suit families, was laid at Neermarga here on Monday at around 10 am. Former minister, Ramanath Rai and others graced the occasion.

Fr Denis Dsouza blessed the foundation stone, Fr Eugine Dsilva, Fr John Vas (parish priest Kelarai Church ), panchayat president, Yashoda Salian, Brahmakumari Suraj Bai, Melwyn D’Souza (zilla panchayat member), Brahmakumari Nirmala, Lancy Mascarenhas of Lancy Constructions, city corporater, Lancelot Pinto, and Baskar were present.
